Everything I've read says to make reservations, especially this year. Does anyone know how to make a reservation at Chez le Gaulois in Sarlat? (There is a website for another restaurant of the same name, but it's a different place. I could not find a website for this restaurant.) This restaurant is in Rick's France, 19th edition, book. Thanks!

You will find the phone number on the Facebook page.
Apparently it's not sophisticated cooking (some would say it's not cooking at all) or local specialties (country ham, raclette and tartiflette served with potatoes are rather of Savoyard origin) but it seems to have a lot of success.
If you are staying several days in Sarlat, go to the restaurant as soon as you arrive and see if you can reserve a table during your stay.
