We will be arriving at the Cherbourg cruise port on May 2 at 8 am and depart at 6pm. Any suggestions as to what to do there? Is there anything within walking distance of the port? Is there a nearby bus / train/ shuttle to places of interest? Are there any tour companies that could provide tour in the area? We enjoy historic places, bird watching, geocaching, etc.
