I was mulling this over in my head...just wondering, I guess?
How much would chauffeur services cost in Paris? Let's say...for 7 days?
Anyone know?

Not sure about the cost (guess: astronomical), but, are you really wanting a car+driver to drive you around Paris from place-to-place, and stop and wait while you visit assorted places?
A car is not the best way to get around Paris. You cannot just stop and park where you want in Paris. If the car was to drop you off, he would then have to drive round in circles, or go to a (expensive) car park to wait until you wanted the car again. You cannot even stop to drop off or pick up passengers in many places you want to visit, only taxis are allowed to do that.
I suggest you investigate public transport. The métro is generally faster than by road in crossing central Paris.
I'm sorry to say, but this sounds like a logistically and financially bad idea. I think the only people who have chauffeurs in highly dense cities like NYC, Paris, London are VIPs, execs, celebrities, or other highly compensated people who are not expected to walk or ride transit for security or personal reasons (and who can afford this alternative). For a regular joe, this does not strike me as feasible unless money is no object. It's more cost effective to grab a cab when you need it instead of paying for someone's time to drive around in circles before picking you up, and to pay for their time while you're sightseeing.
I think it's a different crowd than those of us gathered here who would have a handle on such costs (!).
Kim: I think that is true!
All: It was just a thought that came to mind and I was just wondering if anyone had done it, and if so, they would know the cost.
But if anyone has an idea, I would still like to know - just to know!
The last time I was in Paris, my friends, who have never taken public transit ever, were also there. They don't walk either as one wears ridiculous, impractical shoes.
They swore by Uber. Isn't it like having a fleet of chauffeurs at your service?
