I'm looking for a winery that offers a tour, tasting, and lunch in CdP, or a winery that does the same and is within a one hour drive of Avignon. My wife an I have had excellent experiences in Italy with tastings/ lunch (Avignonesi in Montepulciano and Fattoria dei Barbi in Montalcino) and hope to find something similar in Provence.

My husband and I rented a car and drove to Chateau De la Nerthe http://www.chateaulanerthe.fr
There are so many wineries to go to, but this one had an amazing cellar to tour and no pressure tasting. Not sure about lunch being served.

we really enjoyed our visit to Musee du Vin Brotte. It was part of a day tour we did from Avignon, but I'm sure you can do it on your own. We found the museum to be very informative, complete with audio guide. We had a knowledgeable and engaged host for our wine tasting. No pressure. We enjoyed the wine, and bought a couple of bottles.
