Stay at the Ibis it is right at terminal 3.

Golden Tulips or The Campanile. Both are very satisfactory.

I've stayed a few times at Campanile, nice enough, nice restaurant and place for the night before the return flight.

Terminal 1, Roissypôle, and terminal 2 are connected by free rail service called CDGVAL (in that order). Terminal 3 is a short walk from Roissypôle.

The Ibis, Ibis Styles, and Novotel are the closest to Roissypôle, the Pullman is nearby as is the Hilton.

We stayed at the Hilton last year. It worked well, has incredibly large rooms, and has a halfway decent restaurant. Any of the ones listed above should be good

I've stayed at CitizenM at terminal 3. Ultramodern and interesting. It's a short walk from the terminal. A rail shuttle, CDGVAL, moves travelers quickly between terminals and parking lot. Follow the signs. i actually prefer the Ibis Hotel, also at terminal 3.
