Changing trains in Mantes-la-Jolie Station

How difficult is it to change from the TGV arriving from Lyon at 8:30pm to the TER train leaving for Vernon-Giverny at 8:51pm? As I am exploring this challenge I am seeing difficulties stemming from the ongoing(through 2024) construction.
