We are planning to do the champagne cruise that starts at the Basin de l' Arsenal in May. Does anybody have any restaurant recommendations in the area for before the 9 pm cruise?

You would need to make a reservation early, 19h00, and explain that you have a 21h00 rendez vous nearby, (you will be rushed) but the closest restaurant I could recommend is à la Frégate.
