I will be departing from Chamonix center to Brig. I noticed that there are two train stations: Chamonix Aiguille du Midi and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Can I take the train to Brig, Switzerland from either one of these train stations? Can I also buy the ticket on sbb.ch or I have to buy in person?

Chamonix Aiguille du Midi works if it is closer to you, but all things being equal, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is the one you want (bigger station). You'll take a train to Vallorcine, and change in Vallorcine for a train to Martigny, where you catch another train to Brig.

Thanks Balso, yea, the first station is much closer to my airbnb. Can I also buy the ticket on sbb.ch or I have to buy in person?

You can buy the ticket from SBB. They will split the ticket at Vallorcine, and you will get two tickets.
It is interesting that SBB can sell electronic tickets for French trains, but SNCF cannot sell electronic tickets for Swiss trains...
