Yes you can. Schedule and price are at www.sbb.ch. In the "Via" box, put Brig so you will be routed on the Glacier Express route (not necessarily the Glacier Express itself). Runs through the Furka Tunnel and over the Oberalp Pass. It will take the better part of a day.

Oops. Put Disentis/Muster in the "via" box. The other way still routes you through Zurich, which is faster but not as scenic. Takes 8 hours.
