This has probably been covered many times, but I can't find it. We arrive at CDG at 8:00am and need to transfer to Orly for a 12:45pm flight. What would be the easiest and quickest way to transfer? If it is a taxi, how much should we expect to pay?

You have two good options besides a taxi: Air France bus that connects the two airports or the RER B. You'll avoid traffic jams with the RER. Hopefully someone else will give you the specifics of using the RER for this transfer and a link to the website (ratp.com) trip planner.
