I will be arriving CDG at around 11:00 PM. I need to catch a train at Gare De Lyon at 14:25 PM. Immigration process for me will happen at AMS airport so I need not to worry about my immigration process at CDG. I will be coming from India and I need to collect my baggage directly at CDG.
What mode of transportation I should choose at CDG to reach Gare De Lyon? How much time will be sufficient? We are 3 person with no kid.
For three people, a taxi is best value and most efficient. It will be€50 flat-out fee to Gare de Lyon from CDG.
Will it be reliable considering the traffic in Paris during after noon hours? Typically how long does it take reach Gare De Lyon during noon hours?
Can we assume a typo when you say 11:00 pm? Did you mean 11:00 am?
You might also consider the RER as it is a simple cross-platform connection at Les Halles from the RER B to the RER A to get to Gare de Lyon with escalators at either end. Takes about 1 hour station to station. Cost is 10 EUR per person.
You are also assuming your plane arrives on time.

I would give yourself about an hour. It might just take 45 minutes, but I'd guess an hour to be sure (by taxi, door to door).
