Hello, I will be departing out of terminal 2A but want to do some shopping at Terminal 2E. Will I be able to go there once I’ve cleared security?

Yes, but you will have to go through security again and you should allow a lot of time for this. It's not clear to me if your question is whether you will be able to exit terminal 2A to get to 2E or if you want to know if you can get to 2E without having to go through security again.

Each sub-terminal has its own security. If you're departing 2A, that's where you'll have to go through security. Once in 2A, there is a bus that goes airside to 2E, so you can then get from 2A to 2E. I don't know if using this bus requires a boarding pass for a flight, or if anyone can use it.
If you're not allowed to use this bus, then you can't go from 2A to 2E, since you'd have to exit 2A and clear 2E security, and you won't be allowed to do this without a boarding pass for a flight departing from 2E.
