Next September, I'm headed to Strasbourg and will land at CDG. Would you just take a connecting flight to Strasbourg or take the train? I'm leaning towards the train but I don't know if there is a train connection right from CDG. I don't want to have to go into Paris to take the train. Any suggestions?

There is a direct TGV train from the airport station to Strasbourg. I did this in May, convenient and easy. No need to go into Paris.

If you have access to Lufthansa flights to Frankfurt, you can use a Lufthansa bus to Strasbourg, too.
Otherwise there are no flights from CDG to Strasbourg anyway.

We too took the train direct from CDG. By the time we got to CDG from Reno I had had quite enough of airplane travel for 1 day. Great to relax on the way to Strasbourg. Brad

While you are waiting for the train you can stop by the convenience store near the departure/tracks door and get yourself something to ear or drink for the train ride.

Are there even any flights from CDG to Strasbourg? I though they got rid of those a few years ago.
