CDG Airport hotel

I need a reasonable single room at or very near the CDG Roissy airport for a very early morning flight--preferably one with a shuttle to the terminal--unless there is some sort of airport bus? I'm arriving late afternoon (about 5pm) from the U.S. and leaving the next morning for Toulouse (8:30a.m.)--the only flight. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've looked at several websites, but can't find anything affordable. Please help!

Thanks!

What does "affordable" mean to you? What's your price range? Hotels in Paris are in general very expensive.

Are you planning to go into Paris itself for a brief visit or just go right to the hotel until your flight the next morning?

8:30 isn't necessarily that early when catching a flight within France. If you are planning to go into Paris anyway you could get a hotel there and just take the Roissybus or RER train (depending on where you will stay, one may be more convenient than another) and get back to the airport by say 7:00.

You can also try Priceline.com's "Name Your Own Price" service and choose the CDG airport zone. I see on the BetterBidding site that some people have recently won ($74/night) the Sheraton at CDG which is IN the airport (I stayed there a few years ago) and couldn't really be more convenient for an airport flight, as you just walk from the hotel to the terminal. You can't be guaranteed ANY hotel when bidding with Priceline, however. There's some chance you would get a different airport hotel, perhaps even one without a free airport shuttle, so you are sort of taking a chance in exchange for possibly getting a perfect hotel at a great price. You can see what people have gotten recently on Priceline by searching BetterBidding for "Paris."

The F1 and ETAP/Budget Ibis are adjacent with a restaurant also adjacent. Both are served by the Accor Hotels shuttle bus and should be under seventy-five bucks. The rooms of each are identical, but the F1 only has a sink in the room. Both are spotless but without charm.

Thanks, everyone--some good info. No, I'm not planning on going into Paris for a less than 24 hr. stay. By the time I get through customs, it will be at least 7:30pm and that is if everything is on time. Affordable for me would be about $75 or less, but I know how expensive Paris is as I was just there in Oct. 2012. That Priceline hotel deal sounds perfect, but I'm afraid to take a chance and get something else. I will check these three suggestions out and if you have any others--anyone--please let me know.

We stayed at the Ibis near Terminal 2, right in the airport, a short walk to the CDGVAL shuttle to all terminals and flights. No charm, but comfortable enough and a good price. They have a restaurant and bar for your first evening in Paris.

We've stayed at the Ibis Paris CDG several times and have been completely satisfied. The rooms are basic and small, but also inexpensive. We have a one-night reservation in July for €87.20. The hotel is on the airport grounds and involves only a short, free airport shuttle rail ride to your departure terminal. Couldn't be easier.

http://www.aeroportsdeparis.fr/ADP/en-GB/Passagers/Home/ can help with hotel services at the airport. It doesn't show the nearby hotels but they are both easy to find and easy to get to by shuttle vans from atop the central Terminal 2 building. Just be aware that some hotels billed as being at Roissy are actually around the convention centre which is further away than the ones in the actual village of Roissy.
