CDG train station after our NY flight

We are arriving from New York to CDG at 7:30 AM. Probably terminal 2A. Our train to Lyon doesn’t leave until 12 noon. Any ideas where we can comfortably wait for a bit, and also get a decent bite to eat, or pick up sandwiches?

The Sheraton Hotel is basically above the the train station and has a bar and a restaurant.

We cooled our jets at the Sheraton I seem to remember "bar food". My favorite airport food is at Pret a Manger.
