Has anyone successfully used just their CDC card to go to the Louvre or the Orsay?
Still waiting on the health pass to process (applied 12 days ago)

We went to the Louvre yesterday, four European QR codes, and 2 CDC cards. No problems. Today we went to Versailles, 1 QR and 1 CDC again no problems.
We have been here since Friday and have had zero problems with the CDC cards.
dlindstrom… But is it possible to get in with just a CDC card?
she said yes - looks like 6 ppl got into the Louvre - 4 with EU QR codes and 2 with CDC cards only.
@Susan the two people in our party from California who are using CDC cards have had NO problems in ANY store-museum-restaurant-cafe.
In fact several times we have been a group of 10 and they checked about half the cards and waived the rest.
My sister and I have been in Paris for several days now and have had zero issues with acceptance of her CDC card at Museums (been to the Louvre & d'Orsay), restaurants, or trains. This seems to be the general experience both on this site and others that I frequent.
If there is the occasional rejection, usually a restaurant, just try the next one. Have fun! The lack of crowds has been amazing.
Just returned from a 15-day family trip to Europe that included France (5 days in Normandy and 2 in Paris), Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. Four of us had received the pass sanitaire and two had not. We never had a problem in any museum, restaurant, train/subway, etc., in ANY of the countries we visited. Some restaurants would confirm the name on the CDC card with the passport. But overall, we did not encounter any problems in any of the countries visited.
