Catching train at CDG

We will be arriving at 0915 and I'm wondering if anyone could comment on how long it currently takes getting through Customs and Immigration. I'm interested in catching a train in the airport for Colmar at 1205.

Hard to really say. Flew in in November and it took 45 minutes. Flew in this March and it took me 5 minutes.

"how long" may be hard to say, but 2h50m should certainly be sufficient.

It always feels like a long time, but that’s more than adequate any time I’ve gone through. I wouldn’t try an earlier train though, there’s always a chance of some flight delay or similar occurrence.

Are you purchasing the train ticket in advance? Your plane could be late or any number of things could happen

We're optimists and bought our CDG train Tix in advance. Had no problems and I'd do it again.

3 hours is the usual suggestion for booking a train from CDG; unless things go seriously sideways it should be enough. Stuff happens (we once had a flight from the US come in 5 hours late because we turned back to Gander to offload a passenger with mental issues). But if things go as usual you are good. It is always a risk to book something the same day -- you have to be prepared to live with that risk.

Like everyone else says, you never know. It took us under 10 minutes last time and we had a long wait for our train. But better than missing it!
