Has anyone taken a 3 or 4 hour catamaran/boat ride with food and drinks in Nice or the nearby area? My husband and I did this in Santorini a few years ago and it was amazing. It was half day cruise and about 10 other people were on the boat as well so not a private tour. I can’t find anything comparable that isn’t extravagantly priced. Thank you!

Costs are significantly higher in France than in Greece, especially labor costs. And the Côte d’Azur is one of the most expensive regions in France. It seems unlikely that you will find something for much less than what you are seeing.

I figured that would be the case- I’m definitely ok with spending more (and expect to) but I was just hoping to find an option that isn’t $1,000+ for two people! I’m thinking it’s just not going to happen.

Not quite the same, but we booked an afternoon on a sailboat through Airbnb on our last trip to Nice. An unforgettable experience that we’d highly recommend. We had four in our group and paid about $100 per person - I believe the group tours capped at eight. I’m happy to message you details if you’re interested.

Hi Brittany, I'm also interested in a similar experience as I'll be traveling to Nice/French Riviera in September. Would you mind sharing the info Katie provided regarding a sailboat excursion?
I also did the same catamaran boat/ride you did in Greece and it was amazing.
