Anyone have opinions on staying at Hotel La Rade vs. Royal Cottage in Cassis?

Never stayed, but La Rade is better located. Closer to Bestouan beach (nice little beach), marginally closer to the harbor, and most importantly much closer to the Calanques trailhead if that's of interest.
