Has anyone bought the carte blanche duo membership at Orsay mailing in form from US?
How long did it take or should I just wait and buy when we get there?

I would not trust international mail if you need something by a certain time.

you can probably go to the Carte Blanche line at the Musee d'Orsay and tell them you are purchasing it. A friend did this to renew it -- might work to buy it.
