Carte Advantage Senior-Need/want additional info please

I did purchase our Carte Advantage cards. (Finally through app) I’ve printed the paper copy-is that all there is? It surprises me that a ‘hard’ copy, like a CC isn’t offered or available. What am I missing?
I even tried to ‘visualize’ the card, but don’t have a photo i can upload and will absolutely NOT use one the computer, iPad, iPhone takes as everyone would run at the sight of it!!
I also thought there would be a way to put it into Apple Wallet, but could not find that road.

If the paper copy is truly all there is, I figure tickets will load to Apple Wallet or is that not offered either? Then we can carry this paper one and show as necessary. Will have tape with us to repair wear!

Yep. That's all there is. Mine is loaded into my SNCF app, the number of the "card" is saved in a backup place. My husband still has his paper receipt but the numbers have rubbed off. If the controller scans your electronic ticket when coming through the train, your photo will pop up on his/her screen. They call it "dematerialization." If you can't load it yourself, an SNCF employee will help. I don't know anything about Apple Wallet.

Indeed, SNCF doesn't mail credit-card type cards like DeutcheBahn does.

So hold on to that copy (and make a couple more in case you lose it).

I have mine saved to the app. I printed out a paper copy but never needed it.

You do need to upload a photo (and who cares it's a bad photo? I had to use a TERRIBLE one because the tool was finicky and would not accept a regular ID shot...) but if you do not or could not, the conductor will just have to check your photo ID.

Bets- Thank you. I do think I dematerialized except for the photo upload and since Balso says I must, I will -bad photo and all!
Will make it easier for use this fall.

Andrea-Thank you. I think I have it on the app as it appeared to be there yesterday when I was messing with it again. My husbands is also since he’s my official traveling companion. Easier if I have both on one phone.

Balso- true! Vanity should not deter utilization. Thank you for confirming the need to upload.

Now, can actual tickets go to Apple Wallet or do they remain in the TGVinoui app? This is an organizational question so I don’t fuss too much if it isn’t available.
