Is the Carnavalet Museum open? I tried to purchase a ticket for the end of this month. The website would only allow me to get a ticket/time slot for tomorrow. And there is, apparently, no entrance fee.
It has been closed for renovations for four years and I am really looking forward to seeing it again.
Just watched a tour of the Museum by a Vlog name Jay Swanson. Very good I thought.

I am able to reserve a spot through 8/31 on that link.
Yes I was. And it won't let me. Isn't that weird?
I switched from English to French and it worked! Still, how odd.
Awesome! That's how I had to end up buying my train tickets as well. Oh if I'd only studied French instead of Spanish in high school. :)
Annie Sargent, on Join Us In France, just published an episode in which she and Elyse visited the newly opened Carnavalet:

Thank you Pharmer Phil. This looks very interesting. I can't wait. Hello Paris.
Yes it is! I went last Saturday and it is worth visiting!
Love Annie’s insights - her podcast this week was very informative.
