We will be in Carcassonne for Bastille Day and the fireworks this July. We are staying inside the old Cite, and we're looking for a restaurant (not inside the old Cite) where we can make a reservation to eat and enjoy a view of the fireworks. Does anyone have experience or information that could help? Thanks!
