Hello again. So, as to the car trip to and around Burgundy, we have about 8-9 days for the trip. We will be driving down from Paris (from Charles de Gaulle Airport) to Burgundy. Will we have enough time to take a major road down to Lyons and spend a night there? Thanks again!

that's comes across as an odd question, which implies there's something about it I do not understand. You will have time if you make time for it by spending less time in Burgundy. I'd suggest more than a night in Lyon, though.
In short, you decide whether to take the time for Lyon or not. Am I missing something?
What is your Burgundy itinerary?
