We are driving from Paris to the Loire Valley to tour the chateaux, and I read that, in France, children under 10 years old are required to be in full car seats--not booster seats. Does anyone know if this is true? We had purchased a backless booster seat for our 4 year old so we wouldn't have to bring the big car seat with us, but now I'm wondering if we will have to.
