My husband and I are renting a car in Paris the end of November 2018. We will be traveling to Belgium and the Netherlands before heading to Germany. I understand it is mandatory in Germany to have proper snow tires. Is it possible to get these in France? Just wondering if anyone else has run into this issue and how it worked out. Appreciate any info or advice.
