I hope to spend four nights in Honfleur in October. While there, I hope to take a day trip to Étretat. There is a bus, but driving would be a lot quicker, and allow for stops in between. There are three rental places within walking distance: Carrefour, Locagis, and Sixt. Any word on which would be preferable? How far in advance ought I try to reserve? Do I assume correctly that I’d need to bring an IDP? Are there restrictions in Honfleur or Étretat comparable to Italian ZTLs? Thanks!
