Car leasing drop off different locations

hi everyone, my husband and I will be traveling with two other adults from September 1st to September 30th. I've been looking at kemwel and image merge for long-term Leasing. My idea was leaving from Lille France and dropping off at another location. So far, it seems like I would have to leave out of Charles de Gaulle and return the car there as well. Of course, there are other locations but they don't seem to match up with anything in northern France. I wanted to take the car from Lille and go down the northern coast of France and go toCaen, then we will be going to the Loire Valley. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Sincerely, Julie Williams

I am not sure of the question. Pickup/drop off will always be a function of what is offered by the leasing company. If you are not finding the options you want, check with another leasing company such as:

Autoeurope

Renault

IdeaMerge

There are many other options which a simply google search will yield.

I have used both Auto France (Peugeot) and Renault USA (Renault) and both have numerous locations in France and the rest of Europe. Both sources have worked very well for me although Auto France seems to have more automatic transmissions available. If you need an automatic transmission, act now as the lease car fleet reflects the European car market and there are few automatics to be had.

We rented through Auto Europe, picked up a car in Versailles, and dropped off in Caen. There did not appear to be a premium for one way. We felt it was more relaxing to start from Versailles than outside CDG. However, being a smaller agency, they did not have our car size in an automatic, so we ended up with a small mini-van (at no upcharge). Nice car, but a pain in the smaller towns.

When I leased you could pick up and drop off anywhere in France with no extra fee. You pay a charge if you pick up or drop off outside of France but it wasn't as bad as rental cars.
