Canoeing Dordogne Reservations?

We visited last September and there were plenty of canoe companies and lots of available canoes. Things certainly will be busier in July, but I'd be surprised if reservations were needed. Perhaps contact one or two of the canoe companies and ask them. Just google canoe dordogne -- there seem to be a dozen or so from which to choose.

will you want to go if the weather turns? I wouldn't want to commit so early. You should be fine.

It rained so much during my trip last year that all the canoeing companies were washed out and the river was closed to that sort of thing. No need for a reservation and not desireable in any case.

Ok guys, I guess I'll wait until the weather reports are in.
