buying paris metro carnet tickets in basel

hi.

we will be taking the train from basel to paris on aug 15, arriving almost 10:00pm in gare de lyon. am wondering if we can buy the paris metro carnet tickets in basel. the GdL tkt stations may not be open at 10:00 and buying from the tkt machines may take some time as I haven't done it in a while. at 10:00pm, I would like to get on the train and get to our hotel quickly.

You can purchase metro tickets in the buffet car of the TGV train:

Olivia, buy them early in your train route. They ran out of metro tickets the last time I tried to buy them during the trip, so I had to stand in line at the metro.
