Buying food and wine at CDG for a TGV trip

After arriving at CDG, I'd like to buy food and wine for a TGV trip to Lyon. I'm cool with sandwiches from Paul or something, but does anyone now where you can buy wine for the train?

You won't have many options for good wine "landside" after arrival, besides, most good wine in France requires a corkscrew... and pulling out a bottle of wine on the train, while allowed, will definitely raise eyebrows these days.

Most TGV trains have a dining car with wine available. Obviously, you won’t have top notch options but it will hold you over. They offer water too.

Within the train station at CDG there is a small grocery / convenience store for purchasing items. Not sure if they had wine for sale.

Enjoy your trip.

I don't know about CDG, but we bought sandwiches and wine at the Gare du Nord last fall. I would look for a snack bar; I think that's where we got ours. Fine wine? Nope, not even close, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. In fact, we've bought wine at several train stations in France.

There are RELAY convenience stores landside at CDG which carry sandwiches and wine. There's a Marks & Spencer food store at the RER station next to Terminal 3 (Roissypole) with better food, but that's likely out of the way for you.

There is also a Marks & Spencer right where you come out of customs at 2E.
