I have been trying for a week to purchase Eiffel Tower tickets to the top. I followed some of the guidelines on the Forum that said set your device to Paris time and buy your tickets midnight Paris time. I have been trying to open the Paris website (at midnight) for an hour. Does anyone else have any ideas of how to get these tickets purchased?

Are you using the official website?
I was just in the website and randomly chose March 5 and April 20 with several time slots available to the summit by elevator.

The largest number of summit tickets are released exactly 7 days out at 1 pm Paris time. Use the official site and be ready to go at 1, so get it set up ahead of time.

I am on the official website. I can get all the way through and choose my time and experience I want to have. when I get to pay and click on pay I am denied. I have tried with multiple credit cards .I have had other people try for me -no one can get through. I tried it at midnight Paris time and could not get the website to load. I'm worried if I wait till 7 days out I won't get the time I want. I don't understand why they offer 60 days out if it's not usable

That is frustrating, comfort. Have you tried a different browser/called your credit card company to give authorization?

Are you logged into your banking app and have you ok'd push notifications onto your phone? Have it next to you when you try on your laptop. You may get a push notification asking you to ok the transaction.
