i tried to book a ticket via captain train from BASEL SBB to PARIS GARE DE LYON. However it shows me something like i have to print the ticket from a self service machine at any FRENCH STATION. ??
my question is how can i get to any FRENCH STATION while i am traveling from SWITZERLAND?? is there any other way to get the ticket ??

i have tried to use this site for the the same journey
1) the price is almost double.compare to CT
2) and the departure station shows BALE ST JEAN instead of BASEL SBB.
When I type Basel to Paris into SNCF, it does return the direct TGV train departing Basel SBB. SNCF is the source of the tickets, so nobody else should have it cheaper, except by a margin of exchange rates. SNCF as well as www.SBB.ch or www.raileurope.com all have that route available to print at home.

Since the journey originates in Switzerland, you might try using the SBB.ch website to see if that allows a print-at-home option. I just purchased a ticket originating from Switzerland to Italy, and had no problem printing the ticket.
just checked for a future date (8/26) and SBB has the print at home nonrefundable ticket for 78chf ($79.33) or RailEurope has it for $88 plus $7.95 "processing fee" and no option to print at home that I could find. SNCF has it for 71 Euro if you can make the website accept your credit card. Personally I'd buy it from SBB, but you should do whatever makes you happy.
My test date of July 20 did have the print-at-home option available on all three web sites but delivery options can also vary with the fare category.
