Buy Navigo Decouverte at ORLY?

Hi travelers:
has anyone purchased the navigo decouverte at ORLY? And if so, where? In the terminal somewhere or outside near the Orlybus? It must be manned station, not the machine.

I arrive on a Tuesday afternoon in June, going to Haute Marais: Orlybus to Denfert stop, then metro 4 to Reamur-Sebastopol. I really prefer the ND card /pass over Orlyval and RER B combo bc I’ll also travel out to Versailles and some within Paris. I’ve tweeted RATP to ask but still awaiting their reply.

I was wondering if you ever found a station to get the Navigo Decouverte at Orly? I'm going soon so I was curious and was trying to research around as well!

Update: I received this tweet from RATP: (I used google translate): “Hello, you can buy the discovery navigo at Orly 4 quai n°5. Nice day of the RATP team.” They are referring to the ticket booth outside by the orly bus.

However, it seems like some travelers post about not being able to purchase the ND pass there. Perhaps it depends on the staff? I’m going to keep checking, and then see for myself on 6/28.
