Bus 350 into Paris costs 3 tickets, which you can buy from the driver but you must pay in euros, so have some on hand. It is never crowded so you will get seats. There is a space in the centre of the bus for wheel chairs, baby strollers, etc., that's where you put your luggage. The journey is about 50 minutes. By the way, please do not use all caps in your messages.

Google Maps will show you that Gare du nord and Gare de l'est are beside each other. The RER B express train to Gare du nord will certainly be faster than a bus when traffic is heavy. You won't need the Metro. Google Maps puts your hotel address at about six blocks from the Gare du nord entrance.
Neither bus nor commuter train will provide comfortable space for big suitcases. Pack light. Another small tip: Accurate spelling of names will improve Google searches. And, to repeat, ditch the CAPS.
