We're traveling to Provence and the Cote d'Azur next week. Any advice from seasoned travelers on the best way to switch up from the coastline to the High Corniche villages and then back to Nice by bus? Believe there's a bus from Monaco to La Turbie (book says the #11), then presumably buses go from La Turbie back to Nice. Trying to learn about schedules, etc. in case there's only one or two a day from Monaco or another coastal place up to the top of the Corniches. Don't want to be strolling around Monaco so long we miss the only bus up the hill. Thanks.

Lignes d'Azur runs a lot of public buses in that area. I believe the 100X, 112 and 116 might be what you're looking for. I haven't been to La Turbie myself but did use the Lignes d'Azur buses to get to some other places in the hills.
Pay careful attention to travel date, because schedules can be very different, especially on Sundays and holidays.
