I will need to go from Toulouse to Bordeaux on May 31, 2025. The regular train service takes 2 hr 30 min, but dung the last weekend in May 2025, SNCF will have track repairs and will detour the TLS-BRD trains to Tarbes and the trips will last over 5 hrs.
The alternative is to take a bus, offered by either Flixbus or Blablacar. Reviews on the internet about bus service of these 2 companies on other intercity trips, such as Milan-Nice, Paris-Munich,,, are not good at all (such as dirtiness, frequent delays,,,). Has anyone taken the TLS-BRD bus trips ? if yes, can you share your experiences?
