Greetings. My husband and I are planning to go to Burgundy in late September. Any recommendations for hotels, bike or vineyard tours?

We did a 3-day bike trip, starting in Dijon, first night in Nuits St. George’s and then two nights in Beaune, through https://www.levelovoyageur.com/en/homepage/
We revised their program that was Dijon to Nuits St. Georges to Beaune to Chalon-sur-Saone.
Our TR is here. The TR also covers a four day bike journey that we did in Alsace, starting in Strasbourg and ending in Colmar.
Be sure to pack a waterproof parka and rain pants, just in case. They’re light weight and don’t take much room. On average, September has 5 or 6 rainy days and the trend is drier early in the month and wetter later in the month.
LATE NOTE. Bike trips were “self-guided”. Far more economical than guided, group tours, plus scheduled for our itinerary needs. Velo Voyageur books the lodgings, arranged the bikes and the luggage transfers.
