Can anyone recommend a beginner/intermediate class for baking french bread? I would prefer something that I could reach by Metro. Tnanks so much!

We have done the macaron class with this company, but not the bread one. Ours was very good, so I would not hesitate to book any of their classes, FWIW.

We took the French Bread Baking class (along with a few others) through Cook'n with Class a few years ago. The classroom is easy to get to via Metro.
