We will be traveling to Bordeaux in September and looking for recommendations on a hotel. We'll be in the city for three nights, with no car, so we're looking for something centrally located. Thoughts?

The 3 times we've visited Bordeaux we've always stayed at Hotel des Voyageurs. https://www.hotel-voyageurs-bordeaux.com/
It may be on the "wrong" side of the river, but you can walk over the nearby bridge into the center of the city, and there's also a tram stop just down the street from the hotel.
