Bordeaux Food Tours?

We'll be in Bordeaux for a few days in September, and would love to take a food tour. Does anyone have any experience? I've taken a look at a few listed on Trip Advisor, but so far none suits.

One concentrated on sweets (desserts, pastries, and candy), but we'd like something a little more comprehensive. Aquitaine Travel Guide (that's the name of the company) has several that look good, but they're not available for our dates. I may reach out to them to arrange something privately, if nothing else crops up.

So has anyone here taken and enjoyed a food tour in Bordeaux? Thanks for your suggestions.

If you are a pastry lover, the Bordeaux specialty is the "Canelé".

The two great Canelé specialists in Bordeaux are Baillardran and La Toque Cuivrée.

(Baillardran is the Canelés supplier for Charles III, King of England. So chic!)

They both have several pastry shops in Bordeaux

Thanks, JoLui and Princess. I'll follow up on these. Unfortunately, I don't eat sweets. My husband does, but a tour that focuses on sweets is wasted on me. But there are other suggestions on your lists that I hadn't found on my own, so thank you very much!
