Booking Paris sites in advance

I have already booked quite a bit in advance but I am also not knowing how much we'll be up for our first day, yet arrive at 7 a.m. April 1 so I would like to take advantage of that (and we will stay awake til an early bedtime).
Specifically:
Marmottan Museum (hoping on day 2 after we return from Giverny)
Rodin - hoping to see this on day 1 (April 1 Tues) , quite close to our hotel
Invalides (same as Rodin for timing we hope)
Pantheon -- I don't see timed tickets, just an option to buy a ticket to use within the year, is that what they offer? It was on their site.
Arc de Triomphe (tentatively Saturday)
Cluny (tentatively Sunday, but I also want to visit St Sulpice in the a.m., and will likely book timed catacomb visit this day, tour begins at 4 p.m. Sunday).

My 15 yr old daughter and I are on the Rick Steves' Paris tour that begins Sunday April 6 but we booked 5 extra nights pre-tour (non post) but I am primarily just wanting to know how lines will be if we wait until day of to get any of these tickets.

It has never been necessary to book tickets for the Marmottan, Rodin, les Invalides, the Pantheon, or the Cluny. I have always just purchased tickets at the door. I believe that the Sunday organ concert at St Sulpice starts at 10h00.

Catacomb tickets may not be purchased earlier than 1 week before your visit and tickets are only available online.
