It’s been a few years since visiting Paris. Since then I’ve enjoyed receiving my “Bonjour Paris”email with interesting news. This along with trip reports on this forum I am happy to hear the latest info. In todays issue I enjoyed the story about the best croissants in Paris. I don’t think I ever had an inferior croissant in Paris! Do you have a favorite Boulangerie? At home I enjoy Bakery Nouveau in Seattle. A number of years ago we had the best Croissants on Union Island in the Grenadines!

Wow, I think you should create your own special Food Tour and report back to us! : ). I think that Ispahan croissant needs a few repeats “just to check for consistency”!
And after you finish with comparing delicious croissants, be sure to have a few flavors of Kouignettes at Maison Georges Larnicol…and some chocolates!
