Tomorrow we are off to Paris. We will land on Sunday and then we are heading to Chartres for one night to shake off jet lag. From there we had to the Dordogne valley. Then after one week we will be heading back to Paris for three nights. Thanks to all who gave advice and opinions. Will post a review of our trip upon returning. A big thumbs up to the people at Trainline EU. Got our refund for our Paris to bordeaux train ticket yesterday. Now we are renting a car for A bit longer. We will drop the car back in Bordeaux. Looking forward to our adventure.

Thanks for the advice. We like staying in one place for awhile. Less is more.😍we have a couple of day trips planned.
