I am trying to reserve Blacklane from Paris CDG to Reims on 21 Oct, just over 3 months from now. For unknown reasons they are denying my Mastercard, even though I have confirmed there are no issues with the card. I realize trains are available, but we prefer this method. Does anyone know of a contact number for this company, and can you recommend other car services. Many thanks.

A TGV runs from CDG to Rheims taking about an hour.
We will use it for our RS tour of Eastern France in September.

your card probably didn't pass the two factor authentication.
I presume you told your bank to expect the transaction? The EU and UK are strict about online fraud so take card issuers take extra security measures, often invisible to users. The algorithms not only use location and Two Factor but often other measures too...
