Hello, I saw you can rent bikes and ride down the promenade-- does anyone know if there are places to leave the bikes to walk into museums and restaurants? Thanks!

Yes of course there are racks but you're competing with others for space, so the railings and posts get used as well, just like anywhere -- the thing is to check with the rental guy about whether renting a lock with the bike is an additional charge.
Ten minutes' ride in the direction of Antibes will thin out the traffic on the Promenade, while ten minutes in the direction of Monaco will put you in to pretty dense crowds.
