We are traveling with our 4-year-old and want to rent bikes to tour the grounds of the chateaux. Does anyone know if the bike rentals at any of the chateaux of the Loire offer bikes with child seats?

It can be done. I'm not sure this is the best place but here's one option. I like them because you can rent in one place and drop at a number of different bike shops along the Loire.
They mention a children's trailer, so it will likely be that rather than an attached seat.
