I took their Bike About Tour of Versailles the last time I was in Paris and it was great. Has anyone taken their bike tour of the city of Paris and how was it?

Oh my yes - we've used them in Paris at least 5 or 6 times and again in March. THey really do a good job, and I highly recommend them.

We are planning a trip to Paris in August and Versailles is on the list. Can you give me any more information on the bike tour you took? Thanks and sorry I am asking another question rather than answering your question!

Tim, thanks for posting the website for the Versailles bike tour. I am looking forward to my trip in two weeks.
Gttschlk, I had so much fun on the Versailles bike tour. The farmers market in Versailles was fabulous and you can find anything you wanted to eat and drink their for your picnic lunch. The palace grounds on a bike was much better than walking all that way. The group I was with was so much fun. We spent the day touring the grounds, then the palace tour we did on our own when the bike tour was over. I did the fountain tour and went into the palace just in time to be in the hall of mirrors with it empty. It was great. I would recommend going into the palace later because it was almost empty. Have fun when you go.

Thanks so much for all of the information and for the web link. Your personal review and the other online reviews are overwhelmingly positive. It sounds like a great way to see more of Versailles. I will definitely book a tour when we're there.
