Best Western Hotel Alba in Nice

Has anyone stayed there? We will be there for one night before a cruise out of Monte Carlo. Would like to know condition of rooms, location notes, places to eat nearby (dinner and breakfast).

It is back from the sea, near the train station so I assume you are traveling by train.
A few restaurants..In Old Nice, Chat Noir Chat Blanc and , for traditional Niçoise cuisine, casual, Cantine de Lulu on rue Alberti.
