Best week to visit Normandy / D-Day sites in September or October

My wife and I are planning a trip to Normandy for later this year. For those of you that have visited the D-Day sites in Sept or Oct, if you could pick the best week to be there, which one would it be? We want the best combination of good weather and low crowds. Thanks

My husband and I were there for 4 full days in early October 2017. We had pleasant weather and no big crowds. Great trip!

We were in Normandy from october 6-11th and had great weather and no crowds. Spent three nights in Arromanches and loved it.
